RECRUIT FROM SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITES

                  By this post i would let readers know the methods of recruitment through various professional networking websites.let we see how the process is??

  • Log on to LinkedIn using your company's username and password (see Resources below).

  • Click on the "Jobs & Hiring" tab found on LinkedIn's homepage. This is the jumping off point for both job seekers and people posting job

  • Select the "Hiring and Recruiting" tab from the "Jobs & Hiring" homepage. Here you will be presented with several options for posting positions on LinkedIn.
  • Choose the "Hiring Manager" menu if you only wish to post one job. This option is particularly useful for those businesses or companies that have low turnover rates or rarely seek job candidates on a national scale.

      Notify your contacts on LinkedIn that you are looking to hire without paying for a job posting. Select the "Tell Your Network" button on the "Hiring Manager" homepage.

      Click the "Post a Job" button if you wish to proceed with the fee-based posting process.

      Use LinkedIn's job posting form to provide details about your company and the job you are posting. You may choose to recruit exclusively through LinkedIn when you select the "Exclusively on LinkedIn" box at the end of the form. Hit the "Next" button when you have completed the form.

        Upgrade Your LinkedIn Account

          Log on to your LinkedIn account or create it at LinkedIn's home page (see Resources below).

          Click on the "Jobs & Hiring" tab. Select the "Hiring And Recruiting" tab from the "Jobs & Hiring" home page.

          Hit the "Learn More" button in the "Recruiters" menu to use LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.

        Search for Potential Job Candidates

          Purchase a subscription which allows you to search for and contact candidates outside your network by clicking the "Subscribe" button in the "Two Ways To Get Started" menu.

          Select from one of the three plans offered by LinkedIn by clicking in the corresponding radio button. Each plan allows you to use LinkedIn for recruiting purposes by conducting a different number of network wide searches each month.

          Hit the "Continue" button to complete your purchase. Once you have purchased your subscription, you can start recruiting people through the search tool on LinkedIn.

          Search for candidates by entering search criteria in the "Search Candidates" field of the "Hiring And Recruiting" homepage. You may also search by clicking on the "People" tab and using the advanced search option to find individuals within specific fields, companies and geographical location.
